Replacement Window
You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
Parts are missing from the kit
Because our kits are educational and DIY in nature, we’re unable to accept replacement requests for change of mind once a kit has been opened or assembled, unless it’s defective.
How to Request a Replacement

Include your order number and a photo/video of the issue (damaged item, missing part, wrong product)
We’ll confirm your replacement and next steps within 2 business days
Replacements
Once your request is approved:
If the item is faulty, missing parts, or incorrect, we’ll send a free replacement
Replacement orders are shipped within 3 business days of approval
Shipping charges for the replacement are on us if the issue is due to our error
Non-Replaceable Situations
Kits that have been assembled, used, or altered (unless defective)
Requests made without proof of the issue (photo/video)
Requests made after the replacement window has closed
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships, and it won’t be processed or charged. Once shipped, standard replacement rules above apply.
